  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

  • At this current stage, Maszarova will not be issuing refunds on the garments. However, if you have the incorrect garment size, we can provide you with an exchange - presumed the garment meets the exchange conditions.

  • If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.
